2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds in the following situations:
- Non-Delivery: If your order is not delivered within 7 days from the date of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Partial Delivery: If less than 70% of your ordered quantity is delivered within 7 days, you may request a partial refund proportional to the undelivered amount.

5. Processing Timeframes

- Refund Requests: Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method.

Limitation of Liability: TikHype shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of our services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, usage, data, or other intangible losses.
